Surname Census Info collected & compiled into simple text files. Each file contains various states for that particular census year. I will add to these as the data becomes available, so please come back often to check for updates.

I started this project as an effort to isolate "who was where, & when". It's broken down by the year, because you shouldn't be able to be in more than one place at a time. This should facilitate tracking that particular John, Peter, or Jacob, through the years, eliminating the ones that hold no intrest for you.

As you might sumise, this is a monumental undertaking. If you have census information, for any of the surnames listed below, that you would care to share, please feel free to send it to me via e-mail, and I will add it to the project. Eventually, we should have a relatively complete data set for each surname, available online, for everyone to use. Have fun, & Good Luck!

Census Info in the form of the actual image, and are sorted into family groups. The image will open in a new window, so just close each window when done.
